Poor service

I went to Kfc to buy chicken wings i stood in a line with 10 people in front of me for almost 20 Min to get to the front of the counter to hear they are out of stock and don't have wings. Putting up a sign or asking the people in the line if they need something that is out of stock would have shown that you care about your customers...
