2hour wait and missing ingrediant

On the 5th october I orderd tripple decker pizza from katlehong branch and was told to call vosloorus as they had no driver, numerouse times on calling them the lady pretended not to hear me as the line was very clear none the lessmy order was taken @ 14h45min @ 15h30min I was called the man asked the name of my street as he was in my area I didn't see the bike so called shop back and was told he is only leaving store at that point in time and that no matter wat time order is taken they have to wait to have 4orders of the same area before delivering. I wasn't told this when made my order or else wouldve have opted for diff meal option as I had assumes all debonairs use one service of standard I feel maybe we in the township are bein undermined by service provider though we still pay same price as in the surburbs or in town.the driver when confronted had nerve to tell me they are very. I was more appauld when the base of my pizza had no cream cheese is this not false advertisment I bought this pizza because of the toppings bt I was cheated
