KFC
KFC service is useless

I went to KFC drive through to get some food, after ordering my meals they told me they don't have small buns. I asked them if they cant make the snack burgers with big buns (I was willing to pay). They said they cant do that. I then requested to speak to the manager, they sent out a supervisor and said the manager is too busy in his office to speak to me. I then changed my order and when I wanted to pay with my card they told me that the card machine is not working.

I feel the service in the Kathu KFC is utterly poor.

I buy KFC about twice a week and on average I can say I have a issue with them at least 50% of the time. (getting home and finding missing items on my order, giving me torn bags and then the meals fall out in my car)
