I lodged a complaint of 10/9/2013. Their feedback "We will call you as soon as possible with feedback". More than a month on and still no feedback. According to the branch there is a shortage of prawns. How does head office not know about this shortage. The quality of the food and service is pathetic. I placed an order last week, and my whole family was sick afterwards. The portions is getting smaller.

The branch said they will forward my address to head office for them to post me a voucher. Guess what? Still not voucher received after a month. Fish Aways is losing customers, and I can see this in the abandoned Fish Away stores. There were long lines before, but lately no customers is in the stores.

Something drastically must be done to improve the services, quality and portion size of the food.
It seems like the more complaints (on a daily basis) the worse the service and quality is getting. Complaining doesn't help at all.
