Ad service, and terrible attitude

We went to wonderboom junction on the 5th october @ 8:30, when we got to the first window to order it was close, then second window stood there and waited for somebody to help. After a while nobody came so we went to the collection window, thought that somebody there could help us but to our suprise we were told that we need to go back to the first window to order with a very bad attitude!!! We told them that there was nobody there their excuse to us was that the lady was in the bathroom!! After a of an argument we then got help from the manager. But tben decided to rather drive an extra 5km to the next kfc in Pta Norh, we atleast we received some sercice.
