Very disappointed

On Saturday we visited kfc Worcester and purchased a 21 piece bucket. when we had to pay, the card machine was faulty and would not accept our debit card, so we paid cash, only to receive a message from our bank that payment did go through. the cashier returned our money when we went back.by receiving our food, they were out of stock with the proper containers and we received our chicken in several boxes. my husband asked for jalapeno sauce, but they were out of stock with that too. After dividing the chicken to all our family members, we also realized that we only received 18 pieces of chicken instead of the 21 pieces we have paid for (nearly) twice. it is such a big disappointment kfc. looks like management are lacking, as usually they are responsible for ordering stock.
