Debonairs Pizza
Bad service recieved

I phoned debonairs at 19h35 to order pizza the above lady advised it will take 25 minutes, as I advise I will collect it myself. I then when into the shop at 20h05 and waited until 20h20 to recieve my order, when I enquired why it took so long I was refered to a lady who is supposingly the manager. The ladies in that store have no respect for clients and one was saying don't argue with a pig because people might not notice the difference. Not evenan apology for the wait just here is your order and go. This is actually the 3rd incident as previous times i waiting for more than an hour to recieve an order, i actually thought phoning would be quicker but it is the same.
