Unimpressive

My cousin and I went to the above branch to grab something to eat. We ordered bacon and cheese burgers and when it came back the bacon was soo cold not even melting the cheese. The hamburger roll was not fresh, one could tell it was yesterdays stock! The manager just took it back without any apology and it was warmed up in the microwave. It came back soo hot we couldn't even bite into it! We had to wait till it cooled down.
That is not the standard I expected from Wimpy and felt like I shouldn't have paid for my meal! The restaurant was not that busy for them to serve up that type of food and that shouldn't be an excuse either!
I filled in Customer Service form to rate them and was expecting a phone call, which means no one bothered to read it or it was torn up!
We need to maintain a high standard for our restaurants, regardless of location!
