Dirty table, poor service, mixed up orders

Upon arrival we were shown to a table which had not been cleaned from previous diners. We opted to get drinks at the bar, while our table was set. After an hour of being seated, we had not yet seen a menu. When our food arrived, our orders were mixed up.
We refused the food, finished our drinks, paid for the drinks, and had a perfect and prompt meal at Minnetonka Spur. Last time I patronize a Dros franchise.
