So, it's Sunday evening and the family decides on some takeout. Call Nandos Newlands in Durban and place an order which was confirmed by the employee who took the order. Picked up fifteen minutes later again confirming the order on collection. Get home and all sit down for dinner and realize there's one piece of chicken missing and the wrong size of chips as well as a garnish missing from a burger. Totally frustrated call the store expecting some excuse and lame apology. To my surprise, a very polite, patient and understanding Manageress named Ntando listened to my elevated voice and frustrated tone and resolved the errors within fifteen minutes, delivering to my home. We'll done Ntando, keep up the good work, not very often we experience your level of commitment in the service industry. @ Nandos, more of your staff should take the lead from this woman, she sets a great example and definitely makes me want to go back to that branch.
