Bad hygiene and poor service

This morning I took my daughter and some of my friends for breakfast before going to work, not only is the staff (Thembi) unfriendly, we also found a hair in our food, and our food was cold, waited forever for our order. The TV and radio was so loud, could barely hear myself think, will in all honesty never go there again, think the staff should get some tips from Wimpy in Edenvale, Learn to smile??
