Disrespt towards Customers

Yesterday evening 26/09.2013 at 8.30pm I went to Mcdonalds in Vosloorus and there was a long que, while other tills were unattended and the Cashier stated above by the name of Phindile was standing at one of the tills not assist any of the customers. I then went up to her and asked her why she's not assisting people as we have been standing in the que for too long. She responded by saying she was assisting a customer where as she wasnt her manager was, she then continued to tell me to come behind the counter and take orders. As a customer I was told to come take my own order, I feel so disrespected by this lady, who is supposed to be offering good customer service. Her manager was also there and did not repremand her for her actions, other staff memebers had to reprimand her for her actions.
