I orderred 1 pizza at 4 30pm online and at 5 30 pm still no pizza!

I than call debonairs pizza in westville and to be told they never recieved the order!

I ask the so manager why and she says the system does not work???

How must the paying customer no this? after I recieved a sms sating order is placed?
