We went with a large Group of about 20 people (mostly children) to the Spur evening 21st September and was told to wait as they were extremely busy. I noted 3-4 empty booths and asked whether we could use these to be then told that these empty booths were booked. After waiting a while I called the Manager on duty Sakhile who told me that these 3 empty booths were not booked but they couldn't accommodate us at these 3 booths as they were short a waiter to service our tables?? We simply left and went next door who mad us feel so welcome, moved tables and chairs for us and within 10 minutes we were all seated and had a enjoyable meal backed with warm, friendly service. As far as I'm concerned, I will never eat at SPUR steak ranch ever again in my life.
