Poor service

I stood in front of the queue for more than 20 minutes without being helped I then walked to the manager to see if he could assist us because there where open tables he told us to wait outside, Until we have been seated we then waited for an extra 5mim with no help. Then a customer who was sitting inside the restaurant decided to leave and on his way out said "unless you cooking your own food, you will not receive any service tonight." Then I decided to leave and the rest of the people behind us also left. Such poor service is ridiculous iam highly disappointed
