Bad Service

We went to Grandwest on Friday evening, and decided to have supper at Cape Town Fish Market. We were showed to our table (table for 2) inside. We sat inside for 10 minutes, ( without our order being taken) until there was a table available outside, we then put in our full order, including drinks. We had almost waited an entire 40-45 minutes for our drinks to come, worst of all it came with our dinner. Then they bought us the wrong drinks, the salmon salad that I had was totally dry and tasteless, there wasn't one ounce of salad dressing on it. I calculated that we sat about 60 minutes without actually having something to eat or drink for that matter - to top it all we found that when we stood up - my friend was sitting in broken glass! I am very disappointed in the service, where I expected the best, I certainly experienced the worst.
