At approximately 13:47 on September 23 2013 I entered the KFC in the Gardens area and was called upon by staff member named Zinhle. As I approached Zinhle I immediately told her what I wanted to order from the menu whilst she was more interested in perusing a till slip, she then noticed I stopped speaking to her and a few seconds later she raises her head to ask me how she can help me, I then had to repeat myself again, twice.
Thereafter, as I already had placed my cash onto the counter she rings up the order and places her hand over the cash I placed down on the counter and reckons "That would be R34.90", waiting for me to pay her...
