Terrible!!! Disgusted!!!

I bought a burger, zesty peri peri and cheese burger and i requested avo. when getting back to work and opening the burger to eat it, there was no avo!!! I was charged extra for it and I dont receive it??? I didnt go back because I dont work that close to the branch. Plus to top it all, the burger looked disgusting, patty was raw and it was ice cold. Now seriously? Is that the condition of steers now a days?

I'm really not impressed
