Debonairs Pizza
So sick of paying for shocking service

At 18h00 on the 20/09/2013 I called Debonairs musgrave to ask if they delivered pizza, could I pay with my debit card. The answer was no, only with a credit card. I then placed my order to collect with Sipiwe, I ordered a medium hawain and a large meaty filler. Sipiwe told me the amount was R86. When I arrived to collect my order I was told it cost R135, I had only bought R100 note with me as we just drove to collect the pizza "quickly". When I informed the staff, Sipiwe said that he did not remember telling me that price and everyone just stood there staring at me. So I took my sons hawain pizza and left. No apologies were made and no solutions offered. I'm disgusted, what a waste of time, petrol and energy. Please hire competent staff who know what they are doing and how to serve customers. Not even the manager was of any help and like I said, no apology!!!
