Disappointment turns to Illness

We unfortunately decided to have lunch at MK Rosebank. @12:30 (today) We ordered: mixed grill with paptert and onions rings.

Firstly we were brought eggs well done when we asked for sunny side up, the second time the chef sent one well done but this is not an issue.
The onion rings tasted like it was made the days before, extremely oily.

We ate a minimum as the food was not good as it was at our previous visit to MK rosebank.

After we left my husband had a terrible running stomach. And I threw up. We were wondering what the was happening.
When we looked closely at the situation. We realised our waitress who served us the food was also in charge of cleaning the toilets as well as mopping the floor.( We witnessed her doing all 3 jobs)

We are totally disgusted. I am extremely ill and am in cancer remission currently and my husband and I are both diabetic.
MK Rosebank is a let down and totally ruined our digestive system. My body is weak and drained. I hope and pray I or my husband do not have to go see a specialist for this.
