Fatty and not well done cooked chicken

Yesterday on the 19.05.2013 me and my family decided to by a barrel of chicken and mash. the mash was delicious nothing wrong, but when we bite the chicken it was fatty and not well cooked. on the bone you can still see red row meet, i always buy my food at this branch and never had this problem why now?
