Bad attitude of Waiters/Waitresses mistakes made

I oftean eat at the Kosher Nando's in Savoy. I have never complained about this but it has always irritated me. Every single one of the waiters/waitresses there make as if they are doing you a favour when you order from them. They look at you with a long face and hardly even wait for you to finish taking your order. In addition, the previous 2 times that I ordered take aways, they did not get the order right and didn't include the items that were meant to come with the meal. Additionally when I sat down on Sunday night to have a meal there, the waitress took time to come and take our order and then a few things were wrong with the order including waiting almost 45 minutes for the order to be served

I must however compliment Jeff the manager who dealt with the complaints in a good manner. I would however, like feedback regarding what will be done about the attitude of the the waiters/waitresses please
