And once again the phone nr does not work!!

I tried getting hold of steers in the panorama centre the whole of friday evening, eventualy phoned the famous brands helpline as well - Mpho assisted me - he also tried to get hold of the store - and the manager on her cellphone nr, to no avail - this is not the first time, and is completely unnaceptable!! If its not phones not working, its the delivery person being sick or the bike broken??? And now you are charging a delivery fee???
