DISGUSTING FOOD

To whom it may concern
We decided to return to Andiamo on Saturday with my parents and 2 adult children for lunch, to celebrate my husbands birthday, after a bad experience the last time... What a disaster... The poor waitress was so sweet and run off her feet. Our food arrived after I had watched it stand on the shelves in the kitchen for 15 min, cold food, I had to call for cutlery, vegetables were like charcoal (we had the veal Lemone), as my daughter put her fork into her pasta she pulled out a curly, long black hair!!! At this stage I was furious, we decided not to order more but my daughter said she would order a small portion of pasta which arrived so salty that we politely asked to take it away and gave it to a street kid. The manager did come over and deduct it off our bill but quite honestly for the price one is paying I would have expected good food in the first place and it was an afternoon ruined as we landed up getting take outs. We will not be back and will definitely not recommend Andiamo to anyone. One last thing your kitchen staff spent forever in the ladies, we waited 20 min to use it and in actual fact only got to use the one as the other one stayed engaged
