The worst service eve

I had the extreme displeasure of taking my wife and mother-in-law to your establishment for what I thought would be a decent lunch. Then, the food arrives: my mother-in-laws food was not what she ordered, and mine (dagwood) had no cheese on, and the burger roll wasn't even buttered - as per your menu!
We sent it back after complaining, and then it came back - still no buttered burger roll! So, I thought - let me rather just finish my meal and get out of here! After paying the bill, I asked the manager what he thought about this story, to which he replies that if I wanted my roll buttered, I should have asked for it as a special request! I even had to show him the menu, and read to him where it said that the rolls get buttered - to which he had no reply, other than to look very sheepish and say "Eish, I'm sorry".
I brought this to attention of the head office via E-Mail, and got an automated response that they would be in touch shortly.
To date, no response - yet they are quick enough to take my money, but not to resolve any issues!
I would not recommend ANY of these restaurants to anyone after this poor service, and lack of knowledge even at management level!
