Bad training

I went to my local KFC in Protea heights Brackenfell.

They still owed me 2 toys from a previous time and I still have the slip. I purchased my meal and collected from the last window in drive through. I asked if the toys was in the meals boxes and got the following answer:

KFC no longer offers toys with the kiddies meals.

I think this is daylight. If the toy is no longer included then you should reduce the price as well. I promised a toy to my children but instead got nothing. My eldest said the KFC sucked and I agree but would stronger language to express my disappointment in you.

I therefore request a full refund of both orders and a apology from KFC management. This is not the first time I have asked this, but it will be the last. Why support a company who is clearly looking to make a quick buck by clients blind.
