GUGU UNCARING, MOST RUDE PERSON

I went to KFC looking for service where i was assisted by gugu and she was rude. Just because i forgot my bank card pin and changed my mind and decided to use cash she flipped and said im waisting her time. After telling her senior to speak to her about her bad attitude she still pulled her face and said there's no such thing. I was appauled that she can even speak to clients in that manner. There are alot of unemployed people out there who would love to have her job. She's very rude n uncaring and was not even apologetic when giving me my order. Very Very disgusting and rude, impatient n uncaring. I think they should make her work at the back and should not see clients very appauling service from her but the rest of her colleagues where on the ball.
