Fails yet again to delive

Ordered a pizza 2 hours ago. Was promised delivery within 1h30 minutes, even though this is pathetic, i agreed and after two hours i had to phone them to find out what is happening with the delivery.

Last week i called for a delivery and for the nth time i had to hear that they are unable to deliver. What is the point of advertising delivery if 50% of the time ypu can't deliver.
