Bad memory of our trip

Hello,
my partner & I were on our way home after a much deserved holiday up the Garden route & Eastern Cape.
On our way home, we stopped at a garage for a break & to get some lunch.
At the Steers, we got combos which included burger, up-size chips & coke & we ordered 2x cappuchinos.
As we had a tight schedule, we had to eat whilst driving and thus couldnt turn back when we noticed we didnt receive the coke & the chips were cold & had no flavour. There was also no extra seasoning in the bag.
We were very disappointed as we looked forward to our meal & Steers is always our only choice ever in take away food. This was also our first visit to Knysna.
That was not the service we were used to from Steers & sadly quite upset our road trip (as petty as it seems).
