Tuscan BBQ
Good service received, received the "extra mile"!

During the past 18 months, we became regular visitors to the Tuscan BBQ in Lynnwood, Pta. We purchased a couple of Groupon vouchers to use at his restaurant, because of the divine food, nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. A few months passed since our last visit to Tuscan BBQ earlier in this year, and with a fresh Groupon voucher under the arm, we arrived at Tuscan BBQ (3 weeks ago) on the set confirmed booking date. To our surprise, the female waitress who served us a few months ago, remembered us, and even remembered our favourite bottle of wine! Without offering the wine list, she asked if she could bring our favourite bottle of Rose wine, on ice! We were very impressed by the waitress, the Manager Andri (who knows us by now), and the rest of the friendly staff! So we enjoyed a lovely evening out, surrounded by people and divine food, who makes us feel like family
So we booked another visit for yesterday (Sunday), and upon arrival, Andri arranged our table, with our favourite bottle of wine, on ice! We were again overwhelmed, and we felt like real valued customers again! Thank you so much Andri & the Team for going the extra mile! Service like this is very hard to find these days! Jaco&Natasha
