Excellent Service from Irene from Mr Delivery

On Friday we ordered Pizza. The Pizza Franchise could not supply the pizza we wanted (no chicken available) and when Mr Delivery delivered the pizza, it is was still raw.

I phoned Irene at Mr Delivery Kempton Park and she handled the complaint well! She spoke to the franchise, we received a free meal!

Well done on excellent customer service and going the extra mile!
