Disrespectful unprofessional staff

Early this morning I went for my birthday break like I have since childhood, I ate to wait for 15 to 20 minutes to get attention, only to told to hold on for another 15 minutes, I had to take the orders myself on a piece of paper because at this time breakfast was ending, I then had to chase around for a waitress to process the orders. The food came, while no place mates or cutlery had been provided. We struggled to get drinks or any additional orders. At this time another waitress came to came our additional orders, which were not correct, when we complained the manager told us to rather not come back there and take a bus to go another spur, when we eventually left, his whole stuff had their here say and gave us a round of applause, please help assist with my frustration. This wasn't the first time the manager had said something insinuating that if we were not prepared to accept bad service we should go to another spur, maybe boardwalk coz we guaranteed to get better service there. What kind of manager would say that we going to get bad service anyway so we shouldn't order? I really don't understand such behaviour, maybe he is not happy working there.
