What happend to customer is priority

I do not know what's going on with wimpy but lately they insist on over cooking the bacon, I could not eat the burnt bacon they presented. I asked the waiter to please show the manager hoping to at least get an apology? I over heard the manager saying what's wrong with it it's crispy bacon... Give me a break Black bacon! Paid my bill and left. I think that's it for wimpy they don't care anymore!!
