Bad service

Hello
My boyfriend and I went to the drive through at kfc in Vredenburg, there was one car in front of us. We we didn't wait long behind that car, but as soon as we got to the first window to order it was closed and the woman there looked at us an seemed like she was calling somebody. She did not open the window and tell us why she wasn't helping us, we thought maybe she did not see us, we waited a while and still received no response we hooted and still the woman seemed not to acknowledge us, we waited longer and as soon as we were about to leave and go to kfc in Langebaan a cashier finally came to help us. It was very frustrating for us, and i have previously recieved terrible service also. Please adress the service problem. The thank you.
