Steel wool in milkshake

I ordered a milkshake from wimpy market street,
As I sipped this milkshake I found steel wool pieces not 1 but 4.
I reported it to the store and no one got back to me. I only received a response once I reported it the the customer care line which was 2 weeks later. Now I phone them and asked what are they gonna do about it and they said they already gave me a breakfast and that's it.
I mean this can get really bad. There shouldn't even be steel wool in the kitchen of any restaurant.
Now apparently famous brands are doing investigation (this is what the owner told me) but when I spoke to customer care they said that the branch has to do the investigation.

Its ridiculous.. can not stand the service when a crisis occurs
