To whom it may concern,
I placed a order for pizza's on Friday night at 6:30 online, i left my cell number and email address as well as specific directions to get to my house, my pizza only arrived at 9:00 o clock, in between this i called a total of 4 times the store which is Northmead in Benoni, the first 2 times the lady called back my number to me and said my order is on its way, i asked her again is she received my directions and she said yes, only on the 4th call did we realise that the number i left on the website was incorrect, my number is 079 165 2694 and i left this number on there 079 165 2695, wha ti cant understand is when they asked for my number i told them it and then they found my order on "their system", eventually getting my order 2 and a half hours later i was disgusted with what i received, my wife order a half and half pizza, and as you will see in the picture it looks like there is a piece of pizza missing as well as half of the toppings, im extremely upset by this experience,
To add to my frustration i called and made a complaint on Friday night, then i submitted a complaint on your website yesterday morning 7:30 am and i still have received no feed
