Poor Crew Communication skills/attitude

I bought a chicken salad and asked for a honey&mustard dressing on 03-09-2013 at McD centurion lifestyle. while waiting for my salad i overheard the other crew members telling Maphoto that the honey/mustard dressing i want is finished. Maphoto doesnt bother to tell me that information, instead he puts a creamy salad dressing in my packet and when i ask why he doesnt bother to inform me, he simply doesnt have an answer and his fellow colleagues had a good laugh. To make matters worse, this sald had a plastic thing in it which i nearly swallowed. This concept of offering poor and sloppy service to paying customerrs like myself is not acceptable, if he explained that the dressing wasnt available, i was going to understand. I am not impressed at all.
