Kfc cold fries

I basically ordered a meal waited like 10 mins, sat down had 1 bite on a chip and only to find out it was ice cold,
I went back to kfc and the guy apologised and said he will get me new fries, waited less than a min and i actually think they just reheated my fries.
By this time i was irritated, i just looked at it and then told the guy that i actually want my money back which he then said they dont do any cash refunds he made me wait for about 5 mins as i wasnt impressed at all, he offered to get me meal made there and then but i was so put off, dont they check orders before they give them to customers? i mean really now... He eventually gave me a cash refund and he looked more upset than me, how cheeky.
