WIMPY COFFEE IS NOT WHAT IT CLAIMS TO BE

I had a breakfast this morning at the South Coast Mall Wimpy branch. Had a mega coffee and cheeseburger. The coffee tasted like sweet water with a dash of milk. Not coffee like I know it. I complained to the waitress, she offered to replace it but unfortunately I was in a rush and couldn't wait. Then at the pay counter, I mentioned it to the guy taking my money. Another customer sitting nearby said 'yeah, another one'. The guy answered me: 'Sorry we have problem with our coffee.' Now I ask, why would the waitress offer another cup, the guy taking my money, acknowledging there is something wrong but still takes my money with a smile. I feel, we the consumers, build these companies by spending our money there and we have helped them to become such monetary giants that customers come a (not so close) second to inferior products, which is so overprices that it could very well only be afforded by those who pay super-tax. It is a disgrace: Think; should I from their shop, they will jail me, but they can from all of us with a smile as wide as 's grace. WIMPY, you have lost a customer for LIFE!! Maybe my money is good enough, but my satisfaction means nothing to you!!
