Totally dissapointed!!!

Ordered food 6.45, food delivered cold and hard 3 hours later. No apology... just the same line over and over... its left already... I am so dissapointed that it is such a challenge to simply pick up a phone and say sorry... we have an issue or a delay or is that what we can expect as norm.
