No delivery and bad attitude

I ordered Pizza yesterday and I specififically asked Charmaine to send James as he doesnt complain when he is delivering unlike the other drivers, she told he was not in she will send Thabang and I told her exactly why I dont want the other drivers to deliver. To my surprise the Thabang guy does exactly what I told Charmaine he calls and ask to go and wait by the street because he can't come to my street. Delivery is bringing the parcel at the gate not that I have to go and wait for it somewhere. The Manager calls he doesn's even have the descency to apologise he tells me that his delivery guy came and he asked to and wait I didn't, and he said James is doing me a favour by delivering my pizza at the gate. So I am really not satisfied with their attitude. If they told me from the begining that they do not deliver I wouldn't have bothered ordering. They didn't deliver it. And i told them I am going to report them on Hello Peter, they didn't even seem to care.
