Again and Again no Stock

On Saturday morning we were on our way and stopped at KFC Grey Owl, we ordered food for ourselves and a kiddies meal for our 5 year old because of the toy, when we collected the food at the next window the lady said that they were out of stock on the toys, so how do you explain this now to a 5 year old, WHY DID YOU NOT TELL ME THIS WHEN I ORDERED THE FOOD AT THE FIRST WINDOW, this branch has disappointed me time after time, we once got there and they had no chicken, tell me how is it possible for an KFC not to have chicken in Centurion, could have understood if it was in a small town, I feel so sorry for the people working there because they must deal with upset customers due to the lack of any planning and control of stock and no management.
