Terrible service

They have no stock of stuff that they have advertised on their menu, also their staff have a serious attitude problem. VERY unhelpful and have no knowledge of what they have to offer to their patrons. Also they where talking in ZULU about me whilst i was standing in front of them. Thirty minutes to prepare a portion of SPICY RICE??? Thats what they said to me after i wanted to order a CHICKEN KEBAB ROLL AND CHIPS! WHICH THEY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT, I THEN SETTLED FOR A PORTION OF WEDGES WHICH WAS PREPARED TASTELESS.I am now put off totally from purchasing from any BARCELOS OUTLET?
