Service is a joke!!!

This is by far the worst service i have ever received by any restaurant / fast food outlet ever, and i eat out often.
frustration doesn't even begin to explain how i feel about this terrible service.
i ordered a pizza for supper for me and my family online, but i did not receive anything.when trying to contact the store the phone would just ring (i ordered during operating hours).
i want this matter to be rectified as soon as possible, because an apology isn't going to cut it for sending my family and i hungry and angry to bed.
