WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

How long would you wait for a pizza, even when busy...???

On ordering of the a large crammed crust and standard pizza I was told, 10 to 15 minutes! Try an HOUR!!! I then again asked where is my order, they did not even seem to know and it seemed if they have "missed" it. This was also not only with me, at least 6 other people have also waited that long for no reason.

I ended up asking my money back! I will never ever buy at debonairs again and I will also go out of my way to complain about the Elardus Park branch at every possible avenue available.

I recommend you close that branch or at least fire the management! They are causing a very bad name for the company, such that I am no longer interested in the business.

For the sake of your shareholders and preventing further embarrassments like these I hope you will be wise enough to take the correct action ASAP!
