REFUSING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

A colleague of mine placed a big company order with Primi. We sit in an open plan office and we heard the lady giving the order over the phone. Upon arrival of the foods, we noticed that an incorrect order was taken. We only received one portion of prawns per salad, and we ordered 8. We then called them and told them we wanted the double portion. So Mandie agrees to send the portions and charge us only for 4. The prawns arrive and they send all in ONE container for 8people??? Then she charges us normal price. She then blames us for not giving the proper order when we heard the order given. Mandie M, you a rip off and make PRIMI a bad place!!
