Half a schwarma - half the service

Last night, a friend and I decided to get a quick bite to eat at. Anat, Monte Casino. After placing our order, the cashier then took our slips away while we waited.. We received our order in drips and drabs.. The lady making my burger ignored various requests that I made and was blatantly unconcerned with anything I had to say. We then had to keep asking about various items that we ordered as we did not have the receipt and the person who took our receipts had forgotten about the other items. We then requested the same lady to give us something to eat on and some cutlery and she once. Again stared at us blankly almost as if our requests were too extravagant. Needless to say after badgerng the staff for our food neither my friend nor I were impressed at all. I suggest a revamp of staff attitude as the service received was pathetic!
