The next is exactly what I emailed their customer care line.

Good day.

I am now referring to the chicken licken branch in the new secunda mall. It has not even been open for a month.

I have always been a huge fan of chicken licken and that is why I am so shocked at the state of this newly opened branch.
Firstly I was the only person in line but it still took them 20 minutes with my order, which they failed to deliver correctly. It took them another 20 minutes to make the rest of the order which they missed which we had to point out to them because they didn't know the menu it seems.

The employees did not wear any name tags so I am unable to refer to them buy name. So after all this they did not seem apologetic but quite rude and lade back even though a queue had now formed.
I did not check every detail of our order but it was not satisfactory to say the least.

I would like to receive feedback in this regards as to what you are going to do to improve this new branch's service otherwise I will take this matter to hellopeter and my business to the KFC across the road.
