Scooters Pizza
Disgusting service

We ordered pizza from Scooter's pizza at 17h15 the evening. I phoned at 18h20 to ask where they are and they advised that the driver is late. At 18h40 i phoned again and they advised he is on his way, i advised that i will not pay for the pizza as it was more than an hour and we consider that pizza as free. The person in charge; Steven told me that he will have to cancel the order and told me that i only placed the order at 17h50 which is nonsense as i have the recording of the call that was made at 17h15.

he then hung up on us when we phoned to complain and refused to answer our calls afterwards, this is unacceptable!! i would like this to be taken up and this person is not supposed to be in customer service if her has no manners what so ever!!

Id much rather go somewhere with better service!! Scooter's pizza is useless!!!
