Food not as illustrated - flooded with mayonaise

My wife ordered chicken salad. I have photos of the menu item and the plate delivered to the table. It had been flooded with mayonaise. We asked the lovely waitress Nomsa about it and she attempted to take it back. We have gone there for at least 5 years but even so the manager just shrugged us off. I personally went up and received the same treatment.
I have pictures to support my statement as totally factual but can't upload them.
